C&P Group Ltd is a dynamic construction company that is seeking skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead one of our team. Our projects range from residential homes to commercial buildings, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We offer a full-time position with 40 hours per week on a self-employed basis, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30. The successful candidate will be provided with a uniform and full personal protective equipment (PPE). About the Company

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing all aspects of the project.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed to their specifications.

  • Hire and manage a team of skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and painters.

  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets building codes and safety regulations.

  • Monitor project costs and work with the client to ensure that projects are completed within budget.

  • Identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and best practices.

  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the progress of the project.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Seven years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in multiple trades.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of tradespeople.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues before they become problems.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.

  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to providing high-quality work.
